Week 1
In week 1, we briefed on the tasks we have completed during Major Project 1 to see where we left off. The
n we discussed the things we want to include in our presentation and things we might want to add to our product. We then listed everything down in a Google sheet and delegated each essentials making sure every member has a part to complete.

  • External decoration - start from where (footprint) to our exhibition
  • Social Media - advertisement of our launch for our board
  • Decoration
  • Website
  • The size of our board on the floor, in terms of footprint? So people can experience our game. Get lost in the world of WHO 'RU?
Sheet week 1 Progress

From the delegation, I am mainly responsible for making 3 promotional posters and the website.

Week 2
Before week 2, I started making the poster. The first poster is an illustration of all of the characters in WHO 'R YOU?.

This is the first draft

And this is the draft after I consulted with my friends, who suggested changing the title font to our main font, Lacquer.

In class, we show Ms. Vit our progress.

After showing it to Ms.Vit, we also asked where can we improve, and she gave us feedback on how we can improve our board game. We have to make it consistent.

Week 3
This week is a public holiday, but we still do our own task that has been separated from week 1. Here is the progress for this week:

I finished the remaining posters and decided to make all the backgrounds the same, so everything would be consistent and more memorable for the target audience.

After consulting with Ms. Vit, she told us it wouldn't be nice if the teaser poster showed the whole thing, risking someone might plagiarize. So it's better to make it subtle. So I changed it to this with the help of Seoyoon.

Week 4
We need Ms. Vit's approval of our design by this week in order to begin printing it. She approved the redesigned card after we requested comments. Thus, we begin printing the cards:

Printing Card and Box Card

We encountered Mr. Sham while attempting the laser cut, and he provided us with some criticism regarding the box and banner. He says the banner is inconsistent with the packaging and that the package should seem more like "game" packaging. I then attempted to create a different packaging design. This is how it appears:

We asked Ms. Vit which she preferred once we finished creating it, but she continued to believe that our first design was superior, therefore we chose to utilize the second design for our banner. This is a draft of the banner design:

Additionally, we began printing our acrylic keychain and sticker sheet. I began contacting the acrylic keychain's vendor, and this is how it appears:

We made the decision to transform it into a pyramid and fold it ourselves for the mascot. This is how it appears:

During this week, I started working on the website, putting the elements and layout together. This is the initial website:

Week 5
We showed Ms. Vit everything we had already made in week five, and she was pleased! We also display the progress of our website. She recommended that we have a "company" name, so we decided on 4SEKAWAN. Additionally, we picked up our packaging from the store and printed stickers for the posters, instruction manual, and minigames.

For the website, I decided to change the color to be lighter because it is consistent with our posters, and it is easier on the eyes. I finished the layout and tried to make it functional.

Week 6
This week is really the last week; we present everything to Ms. Vit and allow her to provide input. The separator inside the box was our only problem; to make it firmer, we need to replace the thick paper separator with basswood.

Finally, for the website, I changed it from a one-page website to multiple pages because the navigation bar works better that way.
