REFLECTION

Experience 

Doing all these 3 tasks is an eye-opening experience for the typographer world. These projects seem very simple and basic but this is the most important step in learning typography as they build a foundation to my knowledge. I can see that from task 1 until task 3 the difficulty of the tasks slightly rises. I noticed how helpful this was for my skills important. 

Observation

The exercises and the assignments given made me more aware of the value of typography. This is because I noticed how I still need to put a lot of effort into making simple designs. This made me wonder what would I do if I needed to create more complex work in the future. I also became aware of the importance of typography in our daily lives. It is not something that can be simply put together but we also need to know the fundamentals of it. 

Findings 

 For me personally, the understanding that I deemed most important is that the typography created must be related to the function. Beyond aesthetics, typography sets the tone and atmosphere, adjusting to various media and situations, and eventually improving the effectiveness of communication. Through thoughtful and contextually appropriate design decisions, typography can be used by designers to improve the user experience rather than as a static visual element.
